After few consecutive days of milling aluminum for 10-12 hours a day, it was time for short break - Fruska gora, Serbia. Two KTM 690 Enduro R's, 2008. and 2016. A bit less than 300 km's mostly paved roads.

Perun moto Extension plate and US turn signals issue
Recently I madenew Extension plate for KTM 690 Enduro Luggage rack SD. One of the features is bent side flanges. Since turn signals on US models are mounted higher there are some clearance issues, which will be corrected in next batch.

Drilling rear fender on KTM 690 Enduro - installation of handrails or racks
New KTM 690 Enduro's are delivered without holes on the rear plastic fender. In order to mount handrails, luggage rack or pannier rack, some drilling is required. No special tools are needed, just standard tools, drill and 15 or 16 mm wood drill bit.
New Perun moto Add-on plates - work in progress
"Old" Perun moto Add-on plates proved its worth during almost two years of production. For more than a year, I am working on new Add-on plates, and work is almost over.
General idea is to make add-on plate that will be bolted onto pannier racks. Pannier racks are (usually) made as carriers for hard cases and don't provide enough support for soft luggage. Also, there is a lot of unused space in that area. Add-on plate can be useful in may ways - as a support for soft luggage, as platform for Rotopax fuel can, as a place to store large tools used rarely (wrench, tyre irons etc.), as a place to mount Tool tube...
