Shipping policy

A. SHIPPING OPTIONS

Worldwide shipping.

When order is placed through www.perunmoto.com it will be shipped depending on the customer location:

a) for EU orders - we will ship from our EU warehouse. Local VAT will be calculated during the checkout, depending on the destination. No additional import fees will be charged. Depending on the destination country, we use Austrian Post, DHL or DPD Austria for delivery. Tracking numbers are provided and it takes up to five days for delivery. 

b) for all orders excl. EU orders - we will ship from Serbia, Europe (Serbia is not EU member). We use DHL Express for shipping. Packages are delivered by the courier. Estimated delivery times, from the moment package is shipped, are 3-5 days for North America and 3-7 days for rest of the World. Tracking number is provided and shipment progress is updated daily. 

In order to keep shipping fees on reasonable level, we ship in bulk, so we ship only twice a week - on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Fridays.

We use DAP Incoterms for shipping, which means that we are covering transport fees and export clearing fees and buyer is responsible for import fees, duties, VAT, import clearing fees - if applicable.

We don't use DHL for shipping to Turkey, due to extremely high brokerage fees of Turkish DHL and due to very high Turkish import fees. 

B. PRICES

All prices shown on our web site are export prices - without VAT. Serbian VAT is not calculated for items shipped out of Serbia. 

a) for EU customers, VAT is calculated on the checkout and there will be no additional import fees. 

b) for non-EU customers, import fees, if any, are paid by the receiver, to local tax administration.

We use DAP Incoterms for shipping, which means that we are covering transport fees and export clearing fees and buyer is responsible for import fees, duties, VAT, import clearing fees - if applicable. 

C. INVOICE

All orders are followed with original invoice, stating value of goods + shipping value, if any. Invoice is placed in the package. 

D. IMPORT FEES

Perun moto is located in Serbia, Europe. Serbia is not member state of European Union.

a) for EU customers, VAT is calculated on the checkout and there will be no additional import fees, since we ship from within EU. 

b) for non-EU customers, we ship from Serbia and we use DAP Incoterms for shipping, which means that we are covering transport fees and export clearing fees and buyer is responsible for import fees, duties, VAT, import clearing fees - if applicable.

Depending on the destination country, some orders can be subject to import fees. These taxes are paid to destination country Customs and this expense is not related to Perun moto.

Please check this before ordering, with destination country Customs or with local DHL office.

USA - LATEST UPDATE (February 2026) - US orders will be taxed by US authorities with 20%, calculated based on total price  (10% for import duty and 10% for tariff) + fixed regulatory charges (less than 2 USD) + fixed DHL brokerage fee (17 USD). Process is seamless - when order arrives, DHL will send you a payment request and they will deliver the order upon payment. We can help to ease this a bit, e-mail us for details. 

Tariffs were initially lower, then higher and now they settled at 20%. Please note that this may change without any notice. If we see the change, we will post it here immediately. 

Also, mind that we kept the base prices on a reasonable level, and we tried to keep the total cost for US customers (including shipping and tariffs) on level with the competition.

Canada - DHL will charge fees to import an item. Fee 1: 2.5% of duties and taxes OR $10. Whichever is greater. Fee 2: $4.25 administration fee if no brokerage account is held with DHL. We can help to ease this a bit, e-mail us for details. 

Turkey - due to extremely high brokerage fees, we don't ship to Turkey.

United Kingdom - if declared value is below 135 GBP (including shipping), only VAT will be charged or nothing will be charged at all; if declared value is above 135 GBP (including shipping), VAT and duty fee will be charged. 

Israel - according to DHL Israel: A) all shipments to private persons with value less than 75 USD are free from VAT and taxes (but will still have to undergo clearance process which include some fee); B) values up to 999.01 USD - Shipments to companies: company number must be provided. Shipments to individuals: ID/passport number must be provided. Clearance fee from 10-25 USD + VAT and import tax. C) Values up to 99999999.99 USD - Additional delay 0-24 hour(s). Formal limit. Shipments to companies: company number must be provided. Shipments to individuals: ID/passport number must be provided. Clearance fee from 25-50 USD + VAT and import tax.

E. TRACKING

All shipments are tracked.
