I. Installation of the Top luggage rack
1. Take one M6x45 allen head bolt and put it into the threaded holes on both Inward clamps, to prepare the threads (bolt it in and remove it, for all 2 x 4 holes).
2. Apply 3M adhesive protective film on the inside radius of Inward and Outward clamps.
Two holes on the sticker should align with two holes on the clamp. Doesn't matter which holes are used to align the sticker.
Then gently roll the sticker onto the inside radius. No need to be ultra precise.
3. Remove the hole caps marked with red (only the rear caps). On both sides.
4. Take RHS Stainless steel side support, place the Outward clamp as shown on the photo and put one M6x45 allen head bolt through one of the holes.
5. Place the Inward clamp as shown on the photo.
6. Place the Outward clamp with side support, as show on the photo and hand tighten the bolt, lightly.
7. Slide the assembly up or down, in order to align the lower hole with the threaded hole on the frame.
Use M8 countersunk washer and M8x30 bolt as shown on the photo. Tighten by hand, lightly. Be careful to start the thread properly and not to cross-thread it.
8. Place remaining M6x45 bolts and tighten all by hand or gently with the tool. Be careful not to cross thread, make sure all threads started nicely.
Gaps on the lower and upper side of the clamps should be similar.
9. Repeat steps 4-8, for the other side.
10. Place the top plate and put the M6x20 countersunk bolts in the marked holes.
Place M6 small washers and M6 safety nuts from below and tighten.
11. Make sure everything is nicely aligned, then tighten bolts on the side supports to the spec shown on the photo. Make sure to retain similar upper and lower gaps between the clamps.
12. After few rides, check the bolts and re-tighten to spec, if needed.
II. Installation of Givi/Kappa Monokey Top case

3. Position the hardware on the marked locations. Mushroom looked parts at the front and pyramid shaped part at the rear.
IMPORTANT: Insert M6 small washer under each mushroom shaped part. Locate the part in the smaller circular pocket. As shown bellow.
Insert M6x30 countersunk bolt from above and use washer and safety nut on the underside.
Cavity on the pyramid shaped part should face forward. Use small M6 washers and M6x16 button head bolts on the underside.
