Husqvarna 701 Enduro with Givi Trekker 46l top case

Now, here's something you don't see very often. A Husqvarna 701 Enduro with a top case installed.

Yes, something about this just doesn't seem right but it sure is practical. We know there are people out there using their 701's for daily commuting. Having a lockable, waterproof and easily accessible storage comes in really handy in such situations.

For that reason, we have designed our Gen2 Extension plate for Husqvarna 701 Luggage rack to be compatible with Givi/Kappa Monokey, and SW-Motech top cases. Here, the bike is shown with Givi DLM46B Trekker Dolomiti top case.

Top case mounts directly to the Extension plate, eliminating the need for bulky adapter plates. Top case mounting hardware is not included with the Extension plate.

Even with the top case installed, slots on the front and sides of the Perun moto Extension plate are accessible.

One thing we have to point out: Husqvarna 701 is heavily biased toward off-road riding. Perun moto Luggage rack and Extension plate are primarily designed to serve as a perfect platform for strapping of various rack-less luggage systems which work extremely well in most demanding riding situations. Top case compatibility is an added feature and should be treated as such. This means that top case should never be loaded with more than 5kg, and it is meant for road use only. Rear end of the 701 was never designed to carry heavy loads.
