Those who prefer aggressive riding in demanding conditions will surely appreciate a luggage system built to withstand abuse. Mosko moto has been known for their tough gear and Reckless 40 (V4.0) is certainly not an exception. Paired with Husqvarna 701 Enduro, it becomes a perfect setup for minimalist camping trips.
Reckless 40 can be installed to the 701 without any racks. However, to improve functionality and user experience, having a top luggage rack is beneficial. Perun moto Husqvarna 701 Luggage rack has been designed with Reckless 40 in mind. Whether you prefer to use the Gnoblin or straps to attach the bags, our rack offers secure mounting points.
Composite harness of the Reckless 40 provides plenty of rigidity. Harness legs are set to wide position and rest almost entirely on the rear plastics. This makes the entire setup extremely stable, even in bumpy terrain.
As can be seen in the photo above, LHS bag doesn't come close to the exhaust. Heat shield is really not needed here, but there's no harm in having one installed.
Lower straps are securely attached to our Heel guards. With generously sized slots and quick-release cutout at the top, strapping is super fast and convenient.
All edges of the slots are completely rounded. This maximizes lifespan of the straps.
One of the big advantages of Reckless 40 is convenience of expanding its capacity when needed. Add Aux-pox to the legs, 8 or 22 liter Stinger bag underneath the Beavertail and it instantly becomes a spacious setup.
If you need even more space, for bulkier camping gear or cold weather clothing, adding Perun moto Extension plate is the way to go. Large surface area provides plenty of support for additional dry bags.
With the Extension plate installed, Reckless 40 mounting options remain the same. You can still use the Gnoblin or the straps.
Checkout this short video to get a better feel about the fit of Reckless 40 V4 on Husqvarna 701.
And here are some additional photos from different angles. Looks great if you ask me.
This is a narrow setup, considerably narrower than handlebars.
