I Installation of the rack
Required tools:
1. Remove OEM bolts from behind the seat.

2. Remove two bolts shown below. Be careful not to lose the spacers which are held in place with these bolts. OEM spacers will be re-used later so keep them nearby.

3. Place two short spacers over the holes behind the seat.

4. Insert two M8x50 (longest bolts from the kit) countersunk bolts into holes on the side bracket.

5. Place one long spacer and one OEM spacer onto each of the bolts. See the photo below for proper orientation of the OEM spacer.

6. Alling this assembly with the holes on side of the bike and thread both bolts by hand. Keep them lose for now.

7. Use M8x30 countersunk bolt and M8 3D countersunk washer to secure rear end of the side bracket. Tighten by hand for now.

8. Ensure that everything is seated correctly. Starting from the rear end, tighten all three M8 bolts to 18Nm.
9. Repeat steps 2-8 on the other side of the bike. At this point both side brackets are mounted and all six M8 bolts are tightened to the specified torque.

10. Carefully position the top plate over the side brackets. Alling three mounting holes on both parts and insert M6x20 countersunk bolts on both sides of the bike. Use flat washers and safety nuts on the inside to secure the assembly. Tighten by hand for now.

11. Once everything liens up correctly, start tightening the M6 bolts to 6-7Nm. Tighten the front bolts on both sides first, then middle and rear ones.

12. After a couple of rides check all bolts and re-tighten if needed.
