Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (minus shipping expenses and restocking fee).

You can return your purchase for up to 45 days from the purchase date.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (or similar packaging which adequatly protects the content).

We can accept only returns shipped back to us using DHL Express - the same carrier we used to ship the product to the customer. This is due to complicated re-import procedures. 

Return shipping costs will be paid by customer.

Restocking fee will be charged - due to import/export procedures, we are forced to charge restocking fee. Restocking fee is 15% of the value of the products returned, up to max amount of 60 USD. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Refund requests regarding to high import fees won't be accepted - please read Shipping info page before ordering.
