    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (minus shipping expenses and restocking fee).

    You can return your purchase for up to 45 days from the purchase date.

    Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (or similar packaging which adequately protects the content).

    For international (excl EU.) customers, we can accept only returns shipped back to us using DHL Express - the same carrier we used to ship the product to the customer. This is due to complicated re-import procedures. 

    Return shipping costs will be paid by customer. For EU customers, flat rate return shipping fee is 10 USD. International (excl EU) customers pay according to DHL price list for their country (ask local DHL office about this). 

    Restocking fee will be charged - due to import/export procedures, we are forced to charge restocking fee. Restocking fee is 15%. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. 

    Refund requests regarding to high import fees won't be accepted - please read Shipping info page before ordering.
