I hope you just forgot, but for future reference - on August 13th you placed an order for Extension plate. On August 14th, you placed an order for Rear brake cyl. protection. In order to save you from paying two shipping fees, I cancelled second order and you were automatically refunded. On August 17th both items were shipped to you, in a single package, and you received them on August 19th. Few days later, I sent you a PayPal request, for 39 USD, for Rear brake cyl. protection (without shipping fee, just for the item). You never paid that. You were reminded twice, never answered emails. Cancelation notice you received from PayPal, was me cancelling that PayPal request.
