Husqvarna Norden 901 and SW-Motech Top case
Our Husqvarna Norden 901 Billet top rack - Large is designed to work great with SW-Motech Trax ADV top cases. These small-ish but stylish top cases fit great on Norden. Shown with Trax ADV 38l top case.
There is no need for generic intermediary adapter plates, top case can be mounted directly to the rack. SW-Motech Adapter kit for Trax needed can be bolted directly to Perun moto rack, as holes are already pre-drilled (more info in Instructions, Section D). Installation is simple bolt-on procedure.
There are several benefits of this approach.
First, obvious - rack itself weights less than rack plus adapter plate.
Secondly, top case sits lower, very close to the tail of the bike. So the weight is carried lower.
And third, it is much more elegant than having a bulky generic adapter plate bolted to the rear rack. Switching between top case and soft luggage is a breeze.
For city touring or commuting, top case is a necessity. Thankfully, it fits great on Norden.
