I Installation of the Perun Moto Aux-Pox Supports
Note: Perun moto KTM 390 Adventure AuxPox Supports are not a standalone product. They can only be installed with the KTM 390 Adventure R/X/Enduro Top luggage rack.
Required tools:
1. Remove the two M8 bolts and two M6 nuts and bolts from our top rack, circled with red in the photo below. One M6 nut and safety washer will be reused. Be careful not to lose the four spacers which are held in place with these M8 bolts.

Orientation of the parts matters. RHS Spacer plate should be oriented as shown. Perun Moto logo on the AuxPox Support plate needs to be right-side up.

2. Pre-assemble the AuxPox Support plate and Spacer plate by inserting two M8x60 countersunk bolts through both parts.

3. Align the bolts with mounting holes on the top rack side brackets. Ensure all spacers are in their place and tighten the bolts by hand.

4. Use M6x25 countersunk bolt and reuse M6 safety nut and flat washer removed in step 1 to secure rear of the AuxPox Support.

5. Once everything lines up correctly, tighten the M6 bolt to 6-7Nm and M8 bolts to 18Nm.

6. Repeat the process on the other side of the bike.
7. After a few rides check the bolts and retighten if needed.

II Mosko moto Aux Pox mounting
Both 4l and 5l Aux Pox can be installed on Aux Pox Supports. Mounting process is the same in both cases. Just make sure to use the proper mounting holes on Aux Pox Supports.
Holes marked with red circles in the photo below are used for the installation of 5l Aux Pox. Two holes at the back, marked with blue circles, are used for 4l Aux Pox.

1. For each side, you will need the hardware shown below.

2. Place M6 large washers on all bolts (4 x M6x20 and 1 x M6x30 buttonhead bolts).

3. There are five holes on the back of the Aux Pox. These holes will be used to bolt the bag to the AuxPox Supports. Start with the center hole and use M6x30 bolt for it. Don't forget M6 large washers on the inside. Shorter, M6x20 bolts will go to other four holes.

4. Before tightening the bolts, pull the strap through the slot at the back of the Aux Pox Support.

5. On the outside of the Aux Pox, there are holes you can use to reach the bolts.

6. Secure the middle bolt (M6x30) with a small washer and a safety nut. Do not tighten yet. Then use M6x20 bolts with M6 large washers on the inside and M6 small washers and safety nuts on the backside, as shown below.

7. Once all bolts are in place check the alignment and tighten them fully. Safety nuts keep everything secure and there is no need to overtighten the bolts.
